Since 1919, Mills has been locally owned and operated, and was founded by brothers, Hugh and Willet Mills.

Mills is the only downtown “specialty fashion department store” located in the busy shopping district of Spring Garden Road in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We offer our customers European and North American apparel for women, exclusive fragrances, designer accessories, cosmetics and giftware.
