Mills, a Micco Company, is seeking the talents of mature and experienced retail fashion Advisors for full-time and part-time positions. As Halifax’s longest serving fashion destination, you will play an important role in its plans for continued growth.
FASHION ADVISOR
As a Mills Fashion Advisor, your primary focus is to build and maintain relationships with our clients. You are the most critical link in ensuring that our customers’ experience in our store is nothing less than outstanding. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, demonstrating exceptional customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, assisting with in-store events and the arrival of new merchandise and working as part of a team to meet individual, department and store objectives.
Previous experience in sales and/or a retail background is required. Experience in client styling and working with designer and import labels is preferred. Successful candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule that may include daytime, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
