Beauty Advisors



As a Mills' Beauty Advisor, your primary focus isto build and maintain relationships with our customers.  You are the mostcritical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our store isnothing other then OUTSTANDING.  Your responsibilities will include butare not limited to demonstrating OUTSTANDING customer service, building andmaintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge,calling clients for events and the arrival of new merchandise and working aspart of a team to meet individual, department and store objectives. Previousexperience in cosmetics sales and/or an esthetic background preferred.Successful candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule thatincludes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
