Policy on Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

An exchange, refund or Mills Gift Card will be given for merchandise returned within 7 days with a sales receipt.

Returns must be in original condition, unused with the original sales slip, all hang tags and where applicable, in the original packaging.

For the protection of all our customers, we will NOT accept returns on items of a personal or intimate nature (i.e. hosiery, undergarments, briefs, bathing suits), altered or special ordered items, pierced earrings or “Sale” items.

In the event an item is returned without a receipt, after the 7 day period, and the original price has been reduced, a Mills Gift Card will be given at the reduced price, not the original price.

If any item is found to be defective and is returned within 7 days, we will replace it with the exact item in new condition wherever possible.

If we are unable to exchange or replace the item, we will issue a refund or a Mills Gift Card.

Only a Mills Gift Card will be issued for returns made after 7 business days.
